Sometimes organizations need help with their search, but feel they aren't in a position to take on the expense of a full executive search.
First, check out your costs by using our wizards and calculators. You may find you can't afford not to have a full search.
If you find your budget is more limited, we offer an abbreviated version of the full search – we call it the “mini-search.”
We can help make the hiring process easier, offering advice and guidance along the way. The mini-search includes (see descriptions on a la carte page for details):
- Development of a Position Profile;
- Advertising;
- Screening;
- Reference checking for up to 3 candidates;
- We'll provide you with a template for interview questions; and,
- Consultation throughout the process on an as-needed basis, not to exceed 10 hours of consultation.
