Pay It Forward Fertility Foundation

www.payitforwardfertility.org
Part Time Executive Director
Raleigh, NC

Purpose

The Pay It Forward Fertility Foundation (The Foundation) was established in 2008 as a result of a generous gift from founders Rob and Lori Moscato. Their dream is to assist couples challenged by fertility issues to conceive a baby and not be hindered by financial restraints. In vitro fertilization (IVF) is an expensive process and not all couples have health insurance or independent means to afford such treatment. The Foundation focuses on helping three groups of people: couples in North Carolina who cannot afford fertility treatments such as IVF, donor egg IVF and embryo adoption; Military personnel stationed at North Carolina bases who are being deployed and want to preserve their fertility by cryopreserving their semen or embryos; and cancer patients in North Carolina who want to preserve their fertility before they begin treatments that could leave them sterile.

Revenues: $130k

We do this by accepting public donations, donated cycles from clinics, and fundraising events. For more information, please visit www.payitforwardfertility.org
